Your Cardio Workout Exercises - Are They Effective Fat Burners?

I am sure we have all wondered if cardio workout exercise is effective and if it is which is the best routine.
To put it in simple terms, both low and high intensity exercises will help you burn body fat.  The question here is which of these more effective in your quest for losing weight?

Scientific evidence has shown  that during high intensive exercises, your body burns glycogen, (which is a form of stored carbohydrates in your liver and muscles) for energy.  On the other hand during low intensity exercises your body will burn fat.

If your wondering whether or not it works, the answer is look around you.  There are so many obese people around that obesity is fast becoming an epidemic.  It makes you ponder why this is the case especially when you see so many people practicing low intensity routines.

The scientists were right when they said the human body burns more fat during low intensity exercises like walking and swimming.  During high intensity exercises like running the body will burn a lot more calories.
Although some of  the calories burnt maybe from glycogen many fat calories are burned in the process as well.

Here is  the icing on the cake.  When your store of glycogen gets low the carbohydrates from the food you eat get converted into glycogen to replenish the supply.   This will never be converted in to body fat to be used as fuel for energy.

High intensity cardio exercise will juice up your  metabolism even after you have completed your fat burning workout.  This means that you body will continue to burn body fat hours after you have stopped working out.  This effect is nearly non existent in low intensity workout.

Your body will burn up cumulatively  more and more calories during and after you have finished a high intensity cardio workout exercise than it will with any low intensity workout.

Inject high intensity exercises into your cardio workout training.
You can do this by introducing some interval training.
   Here is How
--Walk for 5 minutes
--Break into jog for another 5 minutes
--Walk briskly again until you have caught you breath
--Sprint for a minute before you walk again
--From this point, simply alternate your running and walking for the next 15 minutes.

One of the best things about cardio workout is the more you do it, the more energy you will have.  Incorporating a cardio workout program in your routine will burn calories although it is also useful for keeping your energy levels high.

If you've never tried cardio workout before, you should give it a shot.  Do you like to exercise?  If your answer is yes then cardio workout may be the best way to boost your energy and keep you in top shape.  If you are just starting out, you will want to start slow and keep your cardio workout exercises routine on tract.  Keep in mind it is very easy to over exert yourself.

NIKKI FITNESS - HARD CORE ABS REVIEW

I created this DVD with the moves I used to get my abs back after my baby was born. Hard Core Abs will firm your sixpack in 30 minutes with weighted abdominal combo moves, front, side and moving planks and intense crunches. Working the rest of your body (biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, inner thighs, outer thighs, glutes and quads) at the same time is just a bonus!

Hard Core Abs also gives your mind a mini-vacation while your body gets a workout. It was shot in scenic locations where you'd find yourself showing your abs, like a roofdeck in New York City, a lake in Tampa, a Carribean beach in Mexico, a city beach in Chicago, and a pond in the countryside of Pennsylvania.

You also have the option of chosing your own playlist from your own iPod or MP3 collection, or get playlist suggestions from www.nikkifitness.com A bonus soothing yoga stretch follows the warm-up and workout.

Triple Your Fat Burning Workout Results

Do you want to know how to triple your fat burning workout results from your resistance training?  Why wouldn’t you.

When resistance training is properly executed you can get startling fat loss and muscle and strength gains.  By using the techniques describe in the Fat Burning Furnace eBook you will achieve "top drawer" cardiovascular health benefits.  Can you imagine getting this result by doing only 2-3 workouts weekly on an average of 15-20 minutes per workout?  Wow! Fantastic!

Don’t kid yourself though. In order for you to get maximum results you've got to exercise the right way. Not the way the average resistance trainer teaches.  Walk into any fitness center or gym and you'll see at least half if not more of the exercisers performing their workouts in a less than the optimal way...and that's being kind.
So let's get right to one of the ways you can triple your resistance training results immediately.  It has to do with how you specifically perform the repetitions.  To better understand, the dumbbell curl exercise for biceps will be used to illustrate the 3 different strength levels in any resistance exercise.

Get The Results:
·         You proceed to smoothly and slowly curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders.
.        This movement trains your positive strength level.                                                           .
·         Pause briefly and contract your biceps at the top of the movement.
·         This movement trains your static strength level.
·         Lower the dumbbells slowly back to the starting position
·         This movement trains your negative strength level.

Always include the static and negative strength levels in you fat burning routine.  The static and negative portions can actually create deeper inroads into your existing strength levels.  You will see greater results faster assuming you give your body appropriate time to recover.

Why do we care so much about strength?

Outside of the obvious reasons, strength leads to muscle growth, which leads to a faster resting metabolism, resulting in faster fat loss and various other improved health factors that could take up another couple of pages at least.

In the Fat Burning Furnace eBook & Deluxe Program, these concepts are taken to the next level.  Poulos uses techniques to maximize the static and negative strength levels in order to push the limits of lean and healthy genetic potential to the max.  That's when the real fun begins.

Don't waste the opportunity to triple your fat burning training results!  Get the Fat Burning Furnace eBook to find out how to include the static and negative strength levels in your next resistance training workout. Check it here to get started.
